At Fragrant Candle With Real Jewels, we want you to be enchanted by your discovery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unburned candle within 30 days of delivery. Please note that candles must be returned with the hidden jewel still intact and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unburned candle in its original gift box and shipping carton to ensure the glass and hidden jewel remain protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned candle and confirm the jewel is present and the wax is unburned, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
